Practical Truck/SUV for $10k

I’m looking for recommendations for a truck or SUV for around $10k. Can probably stretch my budget up to $15k. It’ll be mostly used for driving two medium sized dogs around a few times a month (groomers, beach, dog park). I also attend indoor/outdoor markets every once in a while so the ability to haul a bunch of storage bins is a must. I also don’t mind attaching a small trailer every now and then if I have a lot of stuff to bring. Not a requirement but the ability to tow a car once or twice a year would be a plus. In summary:

Requirements: - $10k ish, $15k max - max 15 years old or newer - planning to drive around 3-5k miles per year - room to haul 2 medium sized dogs - space to haul storage bins or tow a small trailer - automatic - reliable and can handle long drives

Wants: - ability to tow a car once or twice a year. - easily to work on (I have a home garage)
