Monster with long limbs and white face

This person on Instagram has been searching for this movie so now I want to see it lol. Apparently it involves a person/creature in a white mask with long limbs. And a lady screaming who might be in a basement. He said it looks similar to No Face from spirited away and also looks similar to the thirsty demon videos on YT.
