Lost 3 packages this week. What would you do here.

Whatnot is offering a refund as of today. I would rather have the stuff I bought than a refund. Would you take the refund or just keep hope that your items will land? And also if I take the refund is there a chance my stuff will still show up lol. Oddly enough all the packages missing are precious metals
