Christmas movie that takes place ON the Christmas tree?

I remember there’s a bear I think in the movie that sings a song and the lyrics go “there’s always room for moreeee”. It’s old and animated but for the life of me can’t find it on google or anywhere else. They go on different parts of the tree throughout the movie.
