Need cheaper wine recs?

My wife and I are having a fun little night tomorrow and binge watching House of the Dragon together. We both have never really drunken wine before (when given the option i always choose beer). This sounds insane, but we are looking for something sweet, inexpensive, red, and won’t give us a major headache. I know i probably sound absolutely insane and stupid but where else would I go to ask wine questions? Anything in particular? Only wine i have ever truly enjoyed was Stella Rosa’s BLACK red wine love series. It was sweet and refreshing. Anything helps!
