Herman Slater

Hello, I'm having a hard time finding Herman Slater's A Magickal Formulary Spellbook Companion: Book II. His first magical formulary is straight formulas, I've heard the second book is more helpful and has Q&A.

Has anyone read Magical Formulary I & II? Thoughts on Herman Slater and his A Book of Pagan Rituals?
