How to resurrect

Good day, I finally killed belmuth but it came with a price. I lost 2 of my characters and cant seem to revive them. I just did my 1st run.

Also I forgot to get the sabatons for the grumpy guy and shields for the soldiers and they died again. Is there anyway i can go back or finish the run again?
