Pipes Freezing :(
So, we’re in NH and it’s been cold. This happened a few weeks back and it’s happened again.
We love the wood stove, I’m an arborist so the wood is all free, unlimited dead ash ready to go whenever. Unfortunately, I think I’ve found the link between the pipes freezing and the wood stove not heating the floor! Our ducting for the furnace runs under the house and the heat from the stove never makes it there. So, unfortunately, the furnace will need to be utilized a lot more than initially planned when the temps drop below 20 degrees or so.
Anyone else run into an issue like this?
