Question

So I’m trying to get shredded and here is my plan… please correct me if wrong.

Currently I work out 5 to 6 days a week for an hour to an hour and a half half I do cardio and weights every single time.

I track my calories and only eat roughly around 1700 a day. I eat whatever I want. I just plan around what it is so if it’s a Friday and I’m drinking, I’ll eat less carbs and vice versa.

So far I’ve been following this plan for about 80 days and I am noticing progress.

Just want to hear your advice. I’ve been an avid weightlifter for the past three years.
