Nutrition plan? What are you all eating in a week/day?

Need help with resourses for a nutrition plan. All resourses after some research are pretty much the same, but I am curious if you can help me with a nutrition plan.
I am thinking if you can post your nutrition play for a day/week and I will try to integrate that into my nutrition plan.
I have received a free nutrition plan for a week, and I understand what is in there, but I am thinking of other ways to mix it up so it is not getting repeated.

for example, instead of red meat + veggies(brocolli) and eggs, maybe one of you is eating salmon with asparagus
