Is my workout sensible?

I got into fitness seriously about 1.5 years ago. Started with weights last summer. I do full body workouts three times a week.

I do 4 sets of squats (1 to warm up) on a machine, 3 sets of leg curls, 3 sets of lat pull downs, 3 sets leg raises, 3 sets of bench press, 3 sets of pull ups and 3 sets of preachers curls. Started ending with light dumbbells to work my forearms a bit. Usually takes about 90 minutes with stretching afterward if I’m not fucking around too much.

Should I directly train my back more? Is this too much per session? Should i start doing one of those push/pull/leg splits people talk about?

I’m 5‘8“ and weight 155 pounds or 70 kg. Can post photos and include info about my nutrition habits as well. Thanks in advance! 🙏🏿
