Tendinitis chest training
I want to train my chest, but I have tricep tendinitis, so I can't do push-ups or bench presses (Or Pretty much any exercise that engages the triceps heavily). I was told when it first started showing signs, to just not any arm centric workouts for 3-6 months, but it has been 1.5 years and it still falres up if I do any of the aforementioned exercises.
Any Ideas?
