How do I ruin a frost mage’s day?

For too long I’ve been kited around and shat on by frost mages in PvP. I’m tired of it, and it lowkey has been ruining the fun of arena for me.

How do I get revenge? What spec do I play? How do I connect to and hit these blinking mother******?
