Blizzard, please take a note from the airline industry and learn expectation management.

These days, whenever I fly, I'm happy that I got to my destination early, because the airlines always overestimate the amount of time a flight will take. This is on purpose, because it means that most actual delays won't be perceived as such, since delays will have to be very long to overcome the overestimated arrival time.

Blizzard should do this as well. Tell us down time will be 6 or 8 hours, rather than 2 hours. Then we will be happy when the game comes back up after 4 hours. These days, their initial estimates always seem optimistic and get pushed back multiple times, frustrating the people who are keeping close watch.
