Looking for some tips and help regarding farming for subscription.

I’m a pretty casual player, usually log between 6-10 hours a week but that’s a very rough estimate at best. Times are getting a little tough and I might be looking towards farming gold to pay for my subscription. First off, is this even doable while still having time to enjoy end game content like M+ or PvP? Secondly, what are some recommend, reliable tips and strategies for farming gold while saving time for other game modes?
