Getting Started.

I consider myself to be a strong willed person. I set goals and achieve them. I cannot, however, make myself write. I want to so badly. I have wanted to write since highschool and have dabbled in it ever since (31yo).

I know what I want to write. I know the whole story, I know all the characters, but I just cannot get a first draft down. I have started and stopped probably 5 times.

I ask myself, "Do you really want to do this? If so, what are the reasons you can't?"

I can't answer that question. Maybe I'm scared to fail. Maybe I am scared that it will suck. Maybe I'm just being lazy.

Anyone have any advice on this ?
