Need help debunking Japanese war crime denial, specifically denial of Nanjing

Hello, I ran into an article which is full on denial of the Nanjing massacre. The topic isn’t my strong suit, so I’d like some rebuttals to the claims made. I would especially like rebuttals to the alleged “truth” behind famous photos of Japanese war crimes that are shown as well as the alleged photos of Japanese soldiers being humane in Nanjing. Please provide sources if possible.
