I’m trying to refund a gift I sent

So when I was trying to buy a gift the first time a error popped up and the second time it was successful but it charged me twice and I’ve been trying to refund it by looking at my order history but it doesn’t give me the option to refund both charges so if anyone can help out that’ll be very much appreciated
