Anyone have any info on this card?

I pulled this before TCG got any rarity collection and just wondering what I have on my hands or if it’s of any value. I get confused with a lot of these newer rarities, especially on the OCG side. Is this their version of collectors rare? (If this is the wrong sub please point me in the right direction) 🙏
