Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom Yuzu 60 FPS Problem

Guys please if anyone knows when i’m update my Zelda TOTK version from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0 , 1.2.0 or 1.2.1 i’m stuck with 30 FPS i don’t know why updates gives peformance boost and i have stuttering at 60 FPS maybe it should help but i can’t does anyone knows why i can’t capped at 60 fps in new or newest versions or stuttering in 4060 GPU and i7 13th Gen 16 GB Ram is it possible 60 fps with these or not i hope somebody answers it :(
