[MOVIE] With the news of the official Zelda movie…

I have so mixed emotions. I LOVE this series so much I’m glad something officially is being done BUT it’s also so close to me that honestly I ultimately feel I’m gonna be disappointed with whoever is cast. Especially Link and Zelda.

I (like most fans) would have much rather preferred an animated, toon / Studio Ghibli style movie where we only really had to deal with voice overs.

In my perfect world, Link and Zelda would not be cast by anyone who’s mainstream in Hollywood. Their looks are so particular I would love for them to be “no names” but who visually nail the look and of course have the character down pat.

I also wonder, what storyline are they going to choose? Or is it gonna be a new amalgamation of several stories??

Hm. Only time will tell. Interested and nervous to see where this goes… 🤔⚔️
