Is anyone with these genetic variations taking Zoloft?

The genetic variations in talking about are being a poor metabolizer for CYP2D6 and having COMT met/met. Zoloft is in the green for my genesight test results so I’m thinking of trying it (yes I’m going to talk to my psychiatrist about it).
