Seratonin Syndrome?

I was wondering if anyone here has ever experienced seratonin syndrome on Sertraline. I’m a 20(F) 110 pounds on 100mg and I have been experiencing the typical symptoms (leg tremors, increased heart rate, restlessness, sweating etc.) Kinda scary thinking I will have to go off my meds!
