Can i chop off the top and grow it again? It's so overstretched and ugly now compared to pic 3 and 4, which is how it looked when i first got it. Now i put it under a grow light cos it keeps stretching even when it gets morning sun by the window daily.

Do succulents hate water or something? The baby roots always die whenever i try to wet the soil beneath them. Those with nice long roots have never been watered, those without roots lost them cos i sprayed a drop of water on them :(

Is this overwatering or underwatering? I water her once a week, and she looks happy putting out new leaves but i had several leaf tips yellowing at the same time. :(

This looks like a 2cm-growth since yesterday 🥰😍 by the way i noticed she hasn't had guttation for days, should i be concerned? There're some yellow tips too. She looks happy putting out new leaves though 🤔

The top leaf seems to just be drying out rather than propagating :( This plant was stretching previously and now that the new growth is looking better, i pulled out the bottom leaves to propagate.
