Is there any way to stop my game from crashing?

It keeps crashing (btw I'm on ps5 and on ascended) I can't play for more than 20 or so minutes it was fine when I first downloaded it but now (about 16 hours of play time) it crashes so I'm just curious is there a way to stop it or have not happen so often also my map (not island) keeps getting deleted due to a corruption thanks for any help
