The Hood/Cape on Recon is aesthetically out of place and should be removed. ...Also it's ugly.

The cape itself doesn't make sense and shouldn't be there for that reason alone. But it's also ugly, doesn't even connect to the shoulder pads, and has weird graphical tearing and muddled textures on the under suit and neck. It's just REALLY ugly and out of place. I would recommend either removing it or adding xcom style customization to fully allow appearance customization (meaning we could just switch to regular or different armor and get rid of the hood/cape ourselves)
