Computer runs the game without issue, buttery smooth, BUT takes forever to launch (DX12 is off of course) entire computer lags during launch. Monitors turn off and on.

Any mods that add the ability to make create more Staffs? Something that adds the ability to buy unenchanted staffs and then take them to the Guild and enchant them at an alter. Searching the nexus I see a few extremely old mods that don't sound too promising.
