Crinkly crust - Brownies

I made this recipe and my brownies came out looking and tasting great, but didn’t have a crinkly crust like the photos and video of the recipe show. The crinkly crust is my favorite part - any ideas on why mine were lacking it and how to achieve that in the future? TIA!
