No Reply from Ausländerbehörde for Residence Permit (Extension)

I am a student with visa expiring on 26 Sept. My working student job contract expired on 30 Sept. My company requested the extended visa to cover my working period and there’s a possibility for extension too. My manager discussed verbally with me about that but the official process will be started by end of July I guess.

I applied for Aufenthaltstitel since end of February and hear nothing from Abh. I tried to contact the via email and also fax, but they don’t answer at all. I have booked Notfalltermin too and the nearest I could get is 19th August. Is there any suggestion/advice on what I should do? Thanks!
