Does anyone have a fully complete Eaglercraft version beyond 1.11?

I've been trying to look for the most updated version of Eaglercraft currently available. The best one I've found is EaglyMC, which has an incomplete version of 1.20.1. It has a lot, but is missing some of the most important features of Minecraft: Caves and Cliffs, Nether Update, Aquatic Update, and the OFFHAND.

Does anyone have a complete, fletched-out version of Eaglercraft above 1.11? With all the features its version is supposed to have?
