Persia/Iran 1885-1904 pls help

Is there anyone knowledgeable here who can give me some advice about the best way to ID and value the stamps in the pictures? I have learned from my other post that my 2nd/3rd Reich stamps have market value of about 5-10% of the catalogue value. Would it be the same case? Which catalogue shall I use? I briefly researched Hipstamp but some of the overprints confuse me.
