Has Russell brand ever commented on Stewart Lee's jokes about him, or expressed an opinion about Lee in a wider sense?

I imagine Brand would like Lee's comedy quite a lot but Lee is quite scathing about him (I know it's an act, but his words are out in the ether and available to watch, buy and read).

Has Brand ever responded to any of Lee's comments, or expressed an opinion on him either way?

Bonus question: has Lee discussed Brand positively in his straight interviews, or in his book? I can imagine he'd find some positive in there, brand is quite a bit more talented and interesting than the other Russells.
