Approximately 15% of the male population has a varicocele so this is a community to discuss how we may be affected by infertility, discomfort, lower testosterone levels, etc...

Pelvic floor dysfunction refers to a wide range of issues that occur when muscles of the pelvic floor are weak, tight, or there is an impairment of the muscle, nerves or joints. Tissues surrounding the pelvic organs may have increased or decreased sensitivity and function resulting in pelvic pain. This condition affects both men and women.

Plantar fasciitis is a common foot condition characterized by inflammation of the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of the foot, connecting the heel bone to the toes. The plantar fascia acts as a shock absorber and supports the arch of the foot. When this tissue becomes irritated or inflamed, it can lead to pain and discomfort, especially around the heel.
