Ask you medical peers for a class on proper employment of medics in a line unit. Have it include recommended duties along with citing appropriate regulations. Ask the HQ PSG if you can give him a class. Work through any friction points under the guise of a learning session.

As much of a good idea that this is, the psg would still try to overstep or not listen to what I or anyone else has to say because that would mean that if we get busy doing something medically involved, they would have 3 less soldiers to sweep the mp/ move track around the mp or anything else lol
