In Watch Dogs 1,you can fake surrender to the police if you have 1 star with a blackout ready.However,every single time i try to Aiden wont put his hands up.I play on a Playstation and my reputation is Vigilante.Anyone got a explanation for this?

In Watch Dogs 1,if you have 1 phase of police you can do a fake surrender if you have a blackout ready.However,i try to do it but i cant.My reputation right now is Vigilante.I do this around night.For me,Aiden never puts his hands up and the police just start taking cover and shooting no hesitation.
