Uber courier driver took my son’s car seat:(

I would say the rider should have paid close attention to get her belongings after the ride. Filing a report, sue the driver is child play because the driver can say he never had the item in his possession.

Pay close attention when reading the post… it was through their courier service, he never delivered the item. It wasn’t a regular Uber ride where I rode and forgot something.
