They royally fucked the Quest 3 version update. Back when I played it on Q2 everything was fine but I'm guessing they added a few shadows and lighting adjustments but didn't up the resolution enough and that's what's giving the absolutely god awful aliasing.

It's an excellent tool for a lot of standalone Q3 games that haven't gotten the updates yet, and even ones that have it pushes it further with minimal loss. Just gotta tinker with the settings but there should be a lot of posts about it on the subreddit.
