Quite awhile back I spent about 4 yrs working out some genetics of Julidochromis. I am the guy that isolated the color "blackworm" as an autosomal recessive in J. marlieri. But here is an F2 (in the genetic sense, nothing to do with "from wild") J. marlieri X J. transcriptus, making a fake Gombe.

CO2 injection. I have lots of tanks from huge reef setups to simple guppies and decades of practice. But really not into the fiddly, ocd part of the hobby. How much time is really required to CO2 inject a 75 gal tank?

Looking for ideas. I need to make a LOT of junk, I mean a literal shit ton. My dystopian layout is 12' x 3' with another 3' L.... so it's fairly big. And I need post-apocalyptic level junk! Ive figured out a fairly quick way to make tires out of some left over brake line.

Just started looking at these in the last couple of days, and really liking the car (on paper, haven't test drove one yet)... but wtf is up with the boring color options? And secondly, how likely am I to find one of the green Hakone versions?

Well, my wknd went to shit. Just paid almost $300 for this set, with DCC decoders in both. Tested both, ran good. Put the B on my test track, changed address from existing 4 digit to a new 4 digit... and fried the decoder (or???). Doesn't read at all now.

I have this ScaleTrains rivet counter GEVO... fantastic loco, crazy slow speed. But I HATE the coupler. OMG what pile of shit. Coupled to micro-trains it decouples on every right hand turn. It seems like the return spring is way too stiff.. how fucked am I going to be if I pull the springs out?
