Which Champions to prioritize?

FFFF this! I already tried everything, turn meter reduction, glass cannons, both, can't do it! Is there anything I am missing here? Do I even have a team for this floor? I could beat the first Fae just fine, but this, I simply can't. How do you guys deal with her???
