I really need advice - routines and scheduling

Finding out that I was taking Generic Vyvanse instead of Brand Vyvanse

How do you feel about applying a schedule when you are taking your meds compared to no meds at all?

Feeling like I get distracted by any noise and it ends up distracting me (mostly people talking because it stimulates me but I hate gossip). Have any of you experienced the same thing? Has Vyvanse solved this issue?
