Pc building tips

One of my screens has been doing this for a while. Happens when the display turns on by input. The lines move and goes away by itself after a few minutes. Anyone knows whats going on?

For computer questions/assistance. When asking a question or stating a problem, please add as much detail as possible. If you have a specific Keyboard/Mouse/AnyPart that is doing something strange, include the model number i.e. If you have a hard drive that is making a weird noise or is failing, please include the Model Number, when you started using it and any other details such as "I dropped it" or "It is brand new". These are important and can save you time when getting a question answered.

Im helping my brother build his first pc, but one of the pcie slots are missing its cover.
