Yea I understand there’s a lot that goes on with the church that I feel like I should mention. For instance there’s an app for Mormons to get in contact with other Mormons. I don’t have and ever have, but my parents took it upon themselves to put me in it and put all my information in the app. Like my name birthday and address so other Mormons could find me.

I'm a former Mormon, as well. I finally got to leave when I moved into my own apartment. My parents did the same thing you did. My mother even got a job where I was working to see what I was up to. You could try to compromise with a monthly or weekly phone call, if that's something you're willing to do. But if it ends up being their way to bring you back into the church (which I think is a large part of it), then you could go to not talking to them.
