F/27/5’5” 180 > 150 = 30lbs in 9 months. Plateau the last 2 months. Feeling healthy and happy but excited to lose last 10lbs, I am stuck! Eating 1200-1400 calories, lots of sleep and water! Strength training 4x a week, 2x of cardio, daily walking. Should I increase my calories to 1500-1600, advice?
