Hi everyone— hoping to help my Reddit-less Dad identify this bird 😊 He *thinks* it may be a Junco or Chickadee, but the Leucism/Albinism is throwing him off. Spotted in Upstate NY beginning in June. Body is pure white, beak and feet seem to lack pigment too. Jury is still out on the true eye color.
