1st official day of full liquid diet Jan 17, Friday was terrible! I ate some baby food in a jar and squeeze bottle yesterday to prepare myself and I experience my first dumping symptom. Nausea, tiredness, sleepiness, upset stomach. Today was worse!

I made my 1st day full liquid diet under the general bari r/thread by mistake. Dumping was out of this world on Thur and Fri Jan 17 Fri. My approved full liquid list down below

I took an Uber to the pharmacy to pick up meds and essentials. Surprised I had stamina. I walked slowly and sipped water as I walked every 3 minute or so. I only got winded when I picked up the items for the cashier to scan. LOL at their mirror not being clean.

The fam is eating pollo tropical 😋😋 I smell it throw the walls. Im getting back some appetite😶‍🌫️ but there no way Ive been dreaming about sushi, all you can eat buffet and now chicken with white rice and beans while on this clear liquid diet.
