From my experience, that's pretty normal. I don't get energy from phentermine, but when I'm on my period, I'm always exhausted. I also used to have a super heavy period, but now that I'm on phentermine, my period is lighter, and I have less cramping. I'm still exhausted, though, lol.

Mine is super heavy, so I get that! I have endometriosis and PCOS so my period puts me OUT for the week I have it. So that must just be it.
