This incident happened at 5:37PM today, on the flyover opp. kadugodi metro. Goods vehicle(KA53AA2885) tried to overtake at the narrow entry point and broke my cousin's car bumper. He hit and ran away. Below is his tweet. Please do comment for better reach.
