How do I request a refund/start a claim as a buyer? Seller isn’t responding anymore and I can’t find how to put in that my item came damaged

Need a beacon

This morning, I was side swiped by an a**hole who was speeding to get to work. His insurance was expired so I knew I’d have to pay my cars damages. Been bummed all day. Logged into Uber, picked up a gentleman who couldn’t talk, left me this. I needed this, this made my day a little bit better😌

Following the ways on Waze (since that’s what lyft wants to use for navigation), getting directed through traffic from freeway construction, and after 10 minutes of driving and being 2 minutes away from my pax, the ride is cancelled bc of this. LOVE lyft’s system!😒
