I like playing video games with my friends. My favorite meal is probably pasta or sushi!! the concert is saturday night so tomorrow i’m so excited i was watching some of the lives on tik tok as well!! Also the pandemic made things harder since it hit about two years after. i had just started to get back to “normal” school wise. It was my junior year and i finally wasn’t doing this program called hospital homebound anymore so it was my first time back at douglas fully and then that happened and set me back again.

Dang that does sound terrifying. I would say that was a flashback. I have something similar happen to me where my reality will literally change around me. Like I will be in a completely different room at a different time, when in reality I’m still in my house. Are you currently working with a therapist?

it was just so weird but i’m like is that a flashback? cause i always assumed flashback meant like the actual exact event just playing in my mind. But i was in therapy for a while but i haven’t been in a little bit. But i’m just confused as to why 5 years after i randomly experienced a new form of ptsd.
