Loud groan before I sleep (catathrenia?)
Catathrenia is neither much known nor much spoken about. It's a rare sleep disorder where one inhales, hold one's breath by squeezing the vocal chords tightly together making the distinct groaning sound. Nonetheless there are some poor folks suffering from it and don't have an idea what it is. Sometimes one doesn't even know why one is more tired and exhausted in the morning than before going to bed.
